In the dark . . .The 100-watt incandescent went bye-bye in 2012. In 2013 it was the 75-watt, and in six months you won’t be able to find 40 or 60 watt bulbs either. 60% of Americans are unaware that the ban is completed this year, and even more are in the dark about what drove the law in the first place.
